UX / Accessibility Expert

Leads the redesign of the Aseer Digital Portal's user experience and accessibility to ensure an equitable experience for all beneficiary groups. Contract type: Project-based subcontractor engagement Duration: 3 months (within the implementation period) Work mode: Remote (50% allocation) Languages: Arabic and English (technical reading/writing at minimum).

Key responsibilities: • Evaluate the portal's current user experience and identify key friction points. • Redesign interfaces per accessibility standards (alt text, keyboard navigation, color contrast). • Prepare design guidelines for the Front-end team to follow during implementation. • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a user-experience perspective.

Required qualifications: • Minimum 3–5 years of UX design experience on government or enterprise web platforms. • Practical knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards. • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma or equivalent).
