Senior Business Analyst

Leads the gathering and documentation of business requirements across the client's departments and translates them into implementable technical specifications within SAP CRM and the digital portal. Contract type: Project-based subcontractor engagement Duration: 4 months (within the implementation period) Work mode: Remote Languages: Arabic and English required (explicit requirement in Annex 15).

Key responsibilities: • Lead requirement-gathering workshops (on-site or remote) to map current customer-service processes. • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and align them with the technical solution design. • Oversee the Business Analyst (Job 5) in collecting and refining departmental data. • Provide the SAP CRM and portal development teams with clear, testable specifications.

Required qualifications: • License/certification from the parent company with sufficient technical and advisory credentials. • Team must demonstrate at least 5 similar completed projects. • Minimum 5–7 years of business analysis experience on enterprise or government systems.
