Key responsibilities: • Perform advanced customization within the SAP CRM environment that can only be executed by an SAP-certified vendor. • Provide specialized technical support requiring parent-company-level system access. • Coordinate directly with the Technical Project Manager and Senior CRM Consultant to deliver advanced development items.
Required qualifications: • Official license/certification from SAP (the parent company), with sufficient credentials in technical, functional, and advisory support. • Team must demonstrate at least 5 similar completed projects.
