Front-end Developer (Angular)

Develops and improves the front-end of the Aseer Digital Portal (built on Angular 17) and implements required accessibility standards. Contract type: Project-based subcontractor engagement Duration: 4 months (within the implementation period) Work mode: Remote Languages: Arabic and English (technical reading/writing at minimum).

Key responsibilities: • Assess the existing Angular 17 front-end codebase and identify refactoring/improvement opportunities. • Implement redesigned interfaces per accessibility standards (alt text, keyboard navigation, color contrast). • Unify service-request submission channels within the portal and support front-end integration with the national unified access system. • Collaborate with the Back-end Developer and QA Engineer to ensure delivery quality.

Required qualifications: • Minimum 4 years of experience developing with Angular (version 15+ preferred). • Solid working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards. • Prior experience with government or enterprise service portals (preferred).
