DevOps / Cybersecurity & Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Ensures the full solution's compliance with National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) standards and manages backup, continuity, and recovery-time requirements specified in the tender. Contract type: Project-based subcontractor engagement Duration: 6 months implementation, part-time (50%) Work mode: Remote (50% allocation) Languages: Arabic and English (technical reading/writing at minimum).

Key responsibilities: • Implement and monitor NCA compliance; conduct periodic penetration testing throughout the contract term. • Configure periodic backup policies (daily/weekly/monthly) within data centers located inside Saudi Arabia. • Ensure service availability of at least 99.9%, and configure the required Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO). • Support development teams in securing SSO/SAML2 and Integrated Windows Authentication interfaces.

Required qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and/or DevOps for enterprise or government systems. • Practical knowledge of Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) standards. • Professional certifications such as CISSP or Security+ (or equivalent) are a plus.
