CRM Consultant

Supports the Senior CRM Consultant in the day-to-day configuration and delivery of SAP Sales and Service Cloud. Contract type: Project-based subcontractor engagement Duration: 6 months (implementation period) Work mode: Remote Languages: Arabic and English required (explicit requirement in Annex 15).

Key responsibilities: • Execute configuration and customization of SAP Sales & Service Cloud per the approved solution design. • Participate in workshops with client departments and document detailed business requirements. • Support functional testing ahead of the UAT phase. • Contribute to operational documentation and knowledge transfer to the client's team.

Required qualifications: • Official license/certification from SAP (the parent company), with sufficient credentials in technical, functional, and advisory support. • Team must demonstrate at least 5 similar completed projects. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience implementing and configuring SAP CRM solutions.
