Back-end Developer (.NET)

Develops and maintains the back-end layer of the Aseer Digital Portal (built on .NET 8), ensuring performance, stability, and database integration. Contract type: Project-based subcontractor engagement Duration: 4 months (within the implementation period) Work mode: Remote Languages: Arabic and English (technical reading/writing at minimum).

Key responsibilities: • Assess and improve the existing back-end code (.NET 8 / MySQL / Redis). • Develop APIs to support unified request-submission channels and integration with external government systems. • Tune the Redis caching layer and MySQL database for performance under load. • Collaborate with the Integration Developer to ensure portal APIs are compatible with SAP BTP/CPI flows.

Required qualifications: • Minimum 4 years of experience developing .NET applications (.NET 6+ preferred). • Practical knowledge of MySQL, Redis, and RESTful API design. • Prior experience with government or enterprise service portals (preferred).
